Casa Verde Capital (CVC) is the leading venture capital firm focusing exclusively on the cannabis industry and related business ventures.
As both the domestic and international cannabis markets continue to evolve and mature, CVC maintains a view that the cannabis industry will be among the most compelling investment themes of our generation.
Primarily aimed at the ancillary cannabis ecosystem, commonly referred to as "not touching the plant," CVC invests in the legal, scalable "picks and shovels" that support the expanding industry.

Karan is an experienced finance professional and investor, as well as an advisor for several young companies. Spending over a decade in Asia as a senior executive with Goldman Sachs and Nomura, he has had significant international experience. Karan holds a BA in Finance from Babson College.

Calvin, better known as Snoop Dogg, has more than 20 years of industry experience and is a leading icon in the space. He continuously paves the way in pop culture, technology adoption and innovation.
Ted Chung

Ted is a serial entrepreneur and founder of Cashmere Agency and Stampede Management. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Yoni Meyer

Yoni is a seasoned banker and angel investor assisting CVC across various areas including fundraising, sourcing, diligence, structuring and portfolio management. Prior to joining, he was a Vice President in investment banking at Citigroup. Yoni holds a BA in Economics, magna cum laude, from Tufts University.
Allie Denburg
ASSOCIATE
Allie is an experienced operator and problem-solver assisting CVC across areas including deal sourcing, investment diligence, and market research. She was previously a Senior Operations Manager at Uber in the US and Asia Pacific. Allie holds a BA in Political Science and Philosophy, summa cum laude, from Duke University.
